Our Story

Holistico Creations started long before I ever had a business.

I started making jewelry when I was eight years old after I was given a beading loom. After that, I took beading classes almost every year and spent a lot of time working with seed beads. Peyote stitch, brick stitch, and loom designs were some of the first techniques I really learned and loved.

Growing up in Alaska had a big influence on me too. Indigenous artwork, beadwork, and the natural beauty of Alaska shaped the way I look at color, texture, and design. Fall has always been especially inspiring to me because of the deep reds, golds, greens, and earthy colors that show up everywhere.

As I got older, creating became more than just a hobby. It became something I could come back to whenever I wanted to challenge myself, learn something new, or simply do something that made me happy.

That is really what Holistico Creations is about.

I want to make pieces that make people feel good. Sometimes that means crystal jewelry for someone who enjoys the energy or meaning connected to certain stones. Sometimes it is a pair of earrings built around a theme, memory, animal, place, or idea that feels personal to the person wearing it.

There is something really special about making an item that makes someone smile. That feeling is one of the biggest reasons I keep creating.

I also love working with materials that already have a story. I work with a local business that makes whiskey barrel furniture, signs, and other barrel pieces. They often have leftover wood from their projects, so I was able to start using some of that wood in my own designs instead of seeing it go to waste.

That is how my whiskey barrel earrings became part of the shop, and it is something I would like to continue expanding into watches and other custom pieces.

My background is a little unusual for someone who makes jewelry. I went to school for biology and later transitioned into cybersecurity engineering. I have always loved learning, problem solving, and taking on new challenges. That same curiosity shows up in the way I create.

I like experimenting with new materials, new techniques, engraving, watchmaking, and whatever else catches my interest and makes me want to figure out how it works.

Right now, Holistico Creations is focused mostly on earrings, but I want it to keep growing into jewelry, custom engraved pieces, whiskey barrel watches, and other things that feel meaningful, interesting, and fun to make.

More than anything, I want this shop to be a place where creativity feels personal.

If something I make reminds you of a memory, makes you laugh, feels like you, or simply makes you happy when you put it on, then I have done exactly what I hoped to do.
